What does this Mood Mist do?

We have carefully formulated this blend as a Pillow Spray to help calm the mind in readiness for sleep.

How to use a Pillow Spray

Shake before using and spray a fine mist onto your pillow and bedding just before bedtime. Relax, breathe in, and prepare to sleep with a rich, deep, relaxation.

What is so special about our Mood Mists?

Here at eMolly we only use high quality ingredients and everything is cruelty free, vegan and recyclable. If they are available we use organic and wild ingredients. All our bottles are made of amber glass and never plastic. In fact, all our packaging is 100% recyclable. The only plastic we use is the spray pump and that is also recyclable. Also, we make sure that our spray bottles are a generous 150ml (5¼ oz). This means you can use it as a Room Spray or Linen Spray too.

All the ingredients in this blend are considered to be pregnancy safe.

Finally, we do not charge for post and packaging. So, the price you see is the price you pay. 

What is in the Bottle?

Distilled Water - Some people use the word Aqua on their labels. Aqua is simply Distilled Water.

Pure Witch Hazel - Part of the problem with mixing essential oils and water is that they don't want to mix. We find that Witch Hazel is a gentle and organic way of helping the essential oils and water to blend. Witch Hazel has a long history in traditional medicine and aromatherapy. 

Lavender Essential Oil - is the classic essential oil to promote a deep sleep. Probably one of the most complex of all essential oils - it has over 100 constituents. It is deeply relaxing and helpful in reducing tension and stress.

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil - is a completely relaxing and intriguing aroma. It blends exceptionally well with Lavender and calms the nervous system before sleep. In some pacific islands Ylang ylang flowers are spread on the beds of newly married couples on their wedding night. Some people claim it is an aphrodisiac, so be careful how you use it...

Vetiver Essential Oil - Is deeply relaxing and almost intoxicating in experience. In its native India and Sri Lanka it is known as 'The oil of Tranquility'. 

Polysorbate 20 - An ingredient often used in cosmetics and in pharmaceutical applications to stabilize emulsions and suspensions.

Vitamin E - Is used as a preservative.

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. Always try a small amount on fabrics before use. Do not use on children under 3yrs. External use only.

Essential oils naturally contain small amounts of potential allergens. In this blend they are: *Eugenol, *Geraniol, *Lavandulol, *Limonene, Linalol, Linalool.
